If there are any negligences or improper misconducts all responsibilities will be accounted. Department of Defense will also fully cooperate with judicial investigation with no sides being protected from prosecution if any unlawful matters have taken place.

The Department of Defense emphasizes that, to ensure the autonomous promotion of national defense, procurement operations shall be just and rigorous. The Department of Defense will immediately set up a “National defense procurement operations improvement team” to review flaws within the current system and push ahead with reforms.
